- Management reserves the right of admission & in the event of inappropriate behaviour you may be asked to leave. As a parent/guardian you are responsible for your child/children in your group at all times. This means you must ensure that your child/children can manage the equipment safety, that they understand the rules of play and that they play in a safe manner giving appropriate consideration and respect to other users.
- For child protection reasons, we operate CCTV within The Ark.
- Please report ALL accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of recurrence.
- Please report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. Don’t attempt to intervene yourself.
- All visitors to The Ark, are required to sign in on arrival, & sign out on departure. Management do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- We provide members of staff who monitor the equipment & have access to First Aid Facilities, these staff members are not provided to supervise children in the facility.
- Pens, Buckles,Jewellery, Watches, Money, Sharp objects etc, must not be taken into the play area.
- Our Play Structures are designed for children up to 9 years of age.
- It is prohibited to drop children to the centre sign them in & leave them unattended.
- In the interest of safety & hygiene no shoes are to be worn in the play areas & all children/adults must wear socks at all times.

Our play areas have been classified as safe to be used by children within specific age ranges.
- Baby Area - 6 to 24 months
- Toddler Area - Up to 4 years
- Main Play Frame - 9 years and under
- No Climbing on or up slides
- No pushing, hitting or biting allowed
- Age restrictions are in force for the safety of all the children, please respect them
- It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure
- Children wearing sports cast/plaster of paris or who have an existing injury from activity will not be permitted to play for their own safety of other children present. concealing a pre-existing injury only puts your child in danger & you will be held legally responsible in the event of any injury.
- From time to time certain activities will close for repair, cleaning reasons or reasons of safety. This does not entitle you to a refund.
- Inappropriate behavior will not be accepted in any of the play areas. Children are asked to refrain from screaming & from running & jumping, as this may cause injury.
- Only Food & Drink purchased in “The Woodshed Cafe” or “The Merry Tree Restaurant” may be consumed on the premises.
- If you require any special assistance please don't hesitate to approach a manager & we will be delighted to help you in any way if possible.
